COWe is very intuitive, so it doesn't need to many explanations. The only thing that remains to be explained is the BB codes, how and where they are used.
Basically, BB codes are very similar with html, except that instead of using <tag>, you use: [tag].
Note: URLs starting with: http:// will be automatically converted to links.
